National Festival of Talents 2019 Implementing Guidelines

The National Festival of Talents (NFOT) 2019 is fast-approaching and the different Divisions and Regions of the country started selecting students who will complete their delegations. The NFOT 2019 will be held on January 28 to February 1, 2019 (inclusive of travel time) in Region I - Ilocos Region as the host region and  Dagupan City as the host division with the theme "Celebrating Diversity through the Performance of Talents and Skills for Sustainable Inclusive Educaation".

The National Festival of Talents (NFOT) is an annual activity since 2012 that gives students the opportunity to showcase their talents in the fields of technical-vocation and the arts. These technical-vocation and artistic skills are presented through the products and performance as a result of what the students have learned from the respective subject areas.

The 2019 NFOT will showcase talents and skills of the students in the following areas:

① Technolympics for Technology and Livelihood Education and Technical-Vocational-Livelihood;

② Sining Tanghalan for Music and Arts;

③ Nationwide Song Writing and Choral Group Competition co-sponsored by DepEd and the Rotary Club of Manila;

④ National Population Quiz and On-the-Spot Skills Exhibition in PopDev (Araling Panlipunan);

⑤ Pambansang Tagisan ng Talento for Filipino; and
⑥ Special Program in the Foreign Language (SPFL).
